Save the Date: the Shabbat of January 31-February 1, Revel's Professor Steven Fine, also Director of the 麻豆区 Center for Israel Studies as well as the , will serve as Scholar-in-Residence at the Tribeca Synagogue for a weekend program titled 鈥淛ewish Archaeology in the Age of Caesar.鈥 Fine, a cultural historian specializing in Jewish history of the Greco-Roman period, with a special focus on ancient art and archaeology, will deliver several lectures on topics pertaining to this theme.
