Malky Laine is a core part of an up-and-coming startup, Helios Facade, shaping the future of renewable construction by maximizing the means to receive the sun as a natural energy resource and utilize it in buildings. Adaptable and a critical thinker, Malky plays a key role in ideation and backend strategizing, serving as a soundboard for the CEO and CTO. Her role spans many responsibilities, including financial modeling, developing marketing strategies, creating outreach materials, and supporting business development efforts. She provides valuable insights and contributes to shaping the company鈥檚 direction, ensuring that innovative solutions are aligned with Helios Facade鈥檚 mission and market needs. Previously, Malky managed a team of interns at SerVC, gaining valuable leadership experience and fostering collaboration in the financial technology sector. Malky鈥檚 ability to think strategically, adapt to evolving challenges, and contribute to high-level decision-making makes her an integral part of the team, driving innovation and sustainability at Helios Facade.

Abigail Lerman currently works as an Analyst at Blackstone Strategic Partners, which specializes in private equity secondaries. Prior to joining Blackstone, Abigail worked as a Senior at EY in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS). As a double major in Accounting and Strategy at 麻豆区, Abigail enjoyed getting to serve as the Syms Student Council President, organizing a TEDx event on campus, and being actively involved with TAMID and YUWILL. Recently, she had the privilege of getting to give back to her alma mater in her role as Co-President of 麻豆区鈥檚 Young Alumni Council.

Elle Ohayon is a true sophomore at 麻豆区鈥檚 Sy Syms School of Business, majoring in Finance and Accounting with a minor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. She is the first freshman elected President of Sy Syms, where she spearheads initiatives to enhance student engagement and academic growth. In her freshman year, Elle applied for a provisional patent for her 'Impossapen' idea, which she plans to pursue further. Elle serves as the Marketing Director for the Asset & Wealth Management Society, consults for Israeli startups through TAMID Group, and placed second in TAMID鈥檚 National Case Competition among 55 teams. A dedicated student-athlete, Elle competes as an NCAA Division III volleyball player and serves as Vice President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee. She is also a member of the Honors Committee and works as a student athletics assistant, showcasing her ability to balance leadership, academics, and athletics.

My name is Hannah Rashty, and I鈥檓 a junior at the Sy Syms School of Women, where I鈥檓 majoring in Accounting and minoring in Entrepreneurship. I鈥檓 passionate about combining my analytical skills with creativity to explore opportunities in the business world.  

I have played on the NCAA Basketball team for two years, which taught me the importance of discipline and teamwork. I鈥檝e also had the privilege of serving as the president of both the Sales Society Club and the Women in Entrepreneurship Society, where I鈥檝e helped foster a culture of innovation and collaboration among my peers. Additionally, I鈥檓 on the board for the Golda Meir Fellowship, contributing to initiatives that empower young women, and I鈥檝e had the opportunity to work for Sy Syms鈥� Social Media team, expanding the school鈥檚 digital presence.

Professionally, I participated in the JP Morgan Case Competition in 2024, where I collaborated with a team of peers to analyze client case studies across diverse scenarios. I also had an incredible experience as a Wealth Management Summer Analyst Intern at Morgan Stanley in 2024. During this internship, I developed skills in financial planning and investment management, gaining valuable insights into the world of wealth management. 

Eliana Raskas graduated from the Sy Syms School of Business at 麻豆区, where she majored in Strategy and Entrepreneurship and minored in Business Analytics. Currently, she is a second-year student at Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health, pursuing a degree in Health Policy and Management. At Mailman, Eliana has demonstrated leadership and initiative as a co-founder of the Mailman Student Jewish Association and as a Teaching Assistant for Budget and Accounting. She is passionate about the intersection of healthcare and management, with a strong interest in healthcare strategy and impact investing.

Sarah Rosenfeld is a senior at the Sy Syms School of Business, completing a double major in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Accounting. She serves as the Co-Director of Consulting for TAMID, is part of the EDU board as the Head of Consulting for the Education Cohort, and is a member of the Consulting Society. This past summer, she interned at KPMG and is pursuing a career in business.
